Legacy Planning

“To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you lived. This is to have succeeded.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Life requires planning at every stage. It is important to have in place proper documents that reflect your wishes – such as a Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney and/or Health Care Directive – when you may not be able to express those wishes. We can assist in this process, to bring peace of mind as you and your family approach these eventual changes. In addition to having the properly executed documents noted above, we also offer legal advice where applicable with respect to your retirement planning.
